Binance says hourly deposits have overtaken withdrawals as activity improves following its roughly $6.3 billion hack. In a November 3 update, the exchange said the crossover was visible by 03:00 UTC, describing flows as stabilizing.

The accompanying chart shows $193 million in deposits against $183 million in withdrawals during the final 03:00–04:00 UTC interval, leaving a net inflow of about $10 million. The figures are Binance’s own reported data.

Across the full reporting period, from 06:00 UTC on November 1 to 04:00 UTC on November 3, withdrawals still totaled about $10.97 billion, compared with $5.70 billion in deposits. Cumulative net outflows remained roughly $5.28 billion, despite the latest positive hour.

The improvement follows Binance’s phased reopening of withdrawals. Its initial crypto rollout reached 15 networks on November 1, with selected U.S. dollar and other fiat withdrawal routes added on November 2.

A separate November 3 withdrawal update confirmed Ethereum support for RLUSD, USD1, TUSD, FDUSD and XUSD. Binance said further assets and networks would return after security checks, so the flow reversal does not mark a full restoration of every withdrawal service.
