Binance’s rolling 24-hour net inflows have climbed to about $2.21 billion, according to DefiLlama data checked at 11:06 UTC on November 3. The positive reading marks a reversal from the heavy outflows recorded after withdrawals reopened following the exchange’s roughly $6.3 billion hack.
The tracker showed approximately $128.06 billion in Binance-linked wallet assets. Longer periods remained negative, with net outflows of about $11.67 billion over seven days and $10.40 billion over 30 days, despite the latest daily improvement.
CoinScreamer tracked $4.25 billion in net outflows over the rolling 24-hour window ending at 17:26 UTC on November 1. Binance had begun restoring withdrawals at 06:00 UTC that day, about 11 hours before the reading.
Earlier on November 3, Binance said hourly deposits were exceeding withdrawals. Its chart showed $193 million entering against $183 million leaving during 03:00–04:00 UTC. That company-reported hourly snapshot covers a different period from DefiLlama’s latest daily figure.
Net inflows represent incoming funds minus outgoing funds, rather than total deposits. The wallet-level data does not identify how many customers are returning or establish that all funds withdrawn after the hack have come back.
