Binance recorded roughly $4.25 billion in net outflows over the rolling 24-hour period shown by DefiLlama on Sunday, November 1. The tracker’s data, checked at 17:26 UTC, showed withdrawals exceeding deposits as the exchange resumed access after its $6.3 billion hack.

Separately, Binance reported $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC on Sunday. That produced approximately $3.64 billion in net outflows during the first nine and a half hours of the reopening, a different measurement window from DefiLlama’s.

The exchange began restoring withdrawals in phases at 06:00 UTC. By 12:36 UTC, all 15 networks and assets included in the initial phase had resumed withdrawals. Binance said volumes had declined after an initial spike, while testing continued for remaining networks and assets.

The reopening follows the October 29 theft, which the FBI has attributed to North Korea’s TraderTraitor activity. The new outflow figures measure assets leaving the exchange after withdrawals resumed; they do not represent an additional hack loss.

DefiLlama also showed approximately $130.9 billion in tracked Binance wallet assets. Its rolling 24-hour flow figure is not a completed Sunday total, while Binance’s own $3.64 billion tally covers only the period through 15:30 UTC.
