Strive bought 6,182 Bitcoin for approximately $511.4 million, increasing its treasury to 43,000 BTC. Chairman and CEO Matt Cole announced the acquisition on October 26, alongside a larger cash balance and a new preferred-stock financing program.

The company’s SEC filing puts the purchase period at October 17–23, with an average price of approximately $82,732 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses. Holdings rose from 36,818 BTC on October 16, an increase of about 16.8%.

Cash and cash equivalents increased to $504.4 million from $317.5 million. Strive also held 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock, valued at roughly $50.2 million. Together, cash and those securities reached approximately $554.6 million, up $187.7 million from the previous snapshot.

Separately, Strive established a SATS offering allowing up to $1 billion of preferred-share sales over time. That ceiling represents potential financing rather than money already raised. The prospectus says sales are not guaranteed, and proceeds may support Bitcoin purchases and other corporate purposes.

The new program follows Strive’s $630 million IPO of SATS preferred shares, which closed October 20. CoinScreamer’s previous treasury update covered holdings through October 16. The latest 6,182 BTC purchase belongs to the subsequent reporting period and lifts the total to 43,000 coins.
