BlackRock-backed Securitize is integrating with ADI Chain to expand its tokenization infrastructure into an ecosystem focused on digital assets, payments and global settlement. The company announced the move on September 30 as part of its expansion across blockchain networks.
The integration will connect Securitize’s securities issuance, management, distribution and trading services with ADI Chain. Securitize said the network is designed to support the movement of digital assets and financial value across international markets, giving issuers another route to bring products onchain.

Eligible financial products issued through Securitize could use ADI Chain, subject to the rules governing each product and jurisdiction. The announcement did not identify an initial fund, a deployment date or an amount of assets committed to the network.
BlackRock is an investor in Securitize and uses the platform for its BUIDL fund. Securitize serves as the fund’s transfer agent and tokenization provider. The ADI Chain announcement did not say BUIDL would be deployed on the network.
The planned integration follows Securitize’s NYSE debut and issuance of tokenized versions of its own shares on Solana and Avalanche. It extends the company’s strategy of offering regulated securities infrastructure across multiple blockchains while retaining product-specific eligibility requirements.
