LayerZero has scheduled the launch of Zero mainnet and its lzATLAS trading infrastructure for November 30, 2026. The project announced the date on October 20 and said further updates on partners and performance would follow.
ATLAS will be the first application launching on Zero, starting with Open ATLAS. LayerZero said it would support more than a dozen trading venues at launch, with additional venues to follow this year. Teams are testing order execution, settlement and production readiness.

ATLAS is a trading backend that brings matching, clearing, settlement and risk management into one system. It has no consumer-facing app of its own: independent venues build their own interfaces and customer relationships on top of the infrastructure, for either open or institutional markets.
Underneath it sits Zero, a blockchain that separates transaction execution from verification using zero-knowledge proofs. Applications run in separate execution environments called Atomicity Zones. LayerZero says ZRO will secure the network through delegated staking and serve as its gas token.
The rollout extends LayerZero’s push beyond cross-chain messaging, previously used in Ondo’s tokenized stock bridge to HyperEVM. LayerZero said institutions are also testing lzATLAS for US equities and fixed-income markets, while the initial mainnet launch will focus on open markets.
