Binance says its bStocks tokenized securities have surpassed $1 billion in assets under management, roughly four months after their June 11 launch. The exchange announced the milestone on October 15, citing Dune Research data, and described the product as the fastest tokenized equity offering to reach that level.
The exchange reported more than $40 billion in cumulative trading volume since launch and $6 billion in conversions between bStocks and direct stock positions. Its listed range has expanded from five assets to nearly 100. Those activity totals are separate from the $1 billion AUM balance.
Binance describes bStocks as tokens backed one-for-one by US-listed stocks and ETFs, supporting round-the-clock trading, on-chain settlement and transfers between wallets. Eligible users can convert them into underlying securities. The tokens themselves are certificates and do not directly confer ownership of shares in the underlying companies.
Supported bStocks can also serve as margin and futures collateral, following an expansion of eligibility last month. Access remains limited to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions, with US persons excluded. The announcement reports company figures; its claim about record adoption speed is Binance’s assessment.
The milestone follows bStocks’ earlier expansion in the tokenized equity market.
