Michael Saylor hinted at another Strategy Bitcoin purchase on Sunday, October 18, writing, “We found room for more orange.” The executive chairman’s post raises the possibility of a new holdings update on Monday, October 19, but does not announce a transaction or confirm a reporting date.

The message accompanies a Bitcoin purchase-history chart showing orange markers for Strategy’s past acquisitions. The graphic still displays 848,250 BTC, matching the company’s latest disclosed balance. Saylor did not specify how many additional coins might have been bought, their cost or the funding source.

Strategy’s latest purchase update, covered by CoinScreamer on October 12, reported 250 BTC acquired for $21.5 million during October 5–11. Those purchases cost an average of $86,194 per coin, including fees and expenses, and brought its treasury to 848,250 BTC as of October 11.

The company’s official release said $21 million of that Bitcoin purchase came from net proceeds of MSTR common-share sales, with another $0.5 million drawn from cash. Strategy also reported $192.4 million in STRC preferred-share repurchases, showing that its capital deployment extended beyond Bitcoin accumulation.

A subsequent disclosure would establish whether Strategy added to that balance and how it divided capital between Bitcoin purchases and other uses. Until then, Sunday’s message remains a signal of potential buying rather than confirmation of a larger treasury or the size of a new acquisition.
